In the first of our #SmallCityRecipes Aga Cook Off series, Praveen Kumar of Tabla Restaurant in Perth shows how this iconic British kitchen essential can be used to create his amazing, mouthwatering Indian food.
Praveen is well-known in Perth for his use of fresh, local ingredients and spices straight from his family farm in India. In this three hour long special event he cooks up a selection of dishes, Indian breads and snacks and explains how you can create them at home on your own Aga.
This is a fantastic event for anyone thinking of buying an Aga or anyone looking to better use the one they already have!
Tickets are priced at £25, with the full amount going straight to our chosen charity of 2015, PKAVS.
We'll also be hosting a raffle for the charity and Aga will be offering discounts on the utensils and cookware used by Praveen in his demo.
