Main Street Blues

Main Street Blues were so popular the last time they appeared at Birnam Arts centre that they are back by popular demand.  Much-loved on the blues festival circuit and renowned for putting on a full-on and energetic live show, the band has sold out the Edinburgh Jazz and Blues Festival for the last five years running.  When Main Street Blues played the Main Stage at the Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival in the Highlands part of their set was broadcast by the BBC.

The Birnam Arts Centre near Dunkeld is an exciting multi-purpose arts, conferencing and entertainment venue.  It is quickly becoming known for the quality of the live entertainment it hosts, everything from the best of comedy and music to lectures on a range of unusual and interesting topics. 

While you're here swing by the Foyer Café for breakfast or a freshly brewed coffee  accompanied by one of their delicious home- made cakes or pop upstairs to take in the latest of their monthly art exhibitions.  Birnam Arts is community owned and run which means that any profit goes back into their arts and community programme helping to benefit the local community.
