This programme offers them the chance to understand aspects of their mental health, explore coping strategies and build confidence, supporting them in realising their potential. The workshop begins on Wednesday the 6th of September at 4pm to 6pm and runs for 8 weeks. Please be advised that young people will need to register in advance for 6th September intake as Mindspace would like to meet with each individual beforehand in order to get to know each other.
The emphasis of the programme is on raising awareness of mental health issues, building lifelong resilience, providing those attending with skills and techniques which support them in identifying and coping with life's stresses.
