In 2018 the National Youth Orchestras of Scotland explore ‘The Power of Nature’ and celebrate how classical and jazz musicians have been influenced by nature over the centuries, right up to the present day.
This April NYOS Symphony Orchestra visit Perth Concert Hall to perform the world premiere of a brand-new piano concerto written by the hugely talented Scottish composer and rising star, Jay Capperauld. The Orchestra also perform one of the 20th Century’s greatest and most influential works, Stravinsky’s The Rite of Spring all under the baton of the compelling and insightful conductor Rebecca Miller.
