The wonderful Ballintaggart Cook School has teamed up with Spanish specialists, Brindisa, to offer a very special, one-off Saturday Masterclass experience from their Highland Perthshire cook school.
Explore and celebrate the varied cultures, landscapes and above all exceptional food of Spain and learn how to create beautifully presented, creative yet uncomplicated and completely delicious Spanish recipes at home.
Monica has promised to reveal the secrets to a perfect paella and tortilla and will show you how to create tapas that we hope will bring that holiday feeling whenever you’re craving sunshine.
Suitable for beginners and keen home cooks, Ballintaggart Saturday Masterclasses are designed to help you master the basics and enhance and develop confidence. 10am - 4pm. £125 including an informal but indulgent lunch, class notes and recipes.
