Two of the British folk scene’s top performers have teamed up for a limited number of shows this year to perform their own and each other’s music.
BBC award-winning LUKE DANIELS was recently described by Acoustic Magazine as an enchanting delight for his intriguingly varied songs and ingenious compositions for his self-invented electrophon machine which combines Victorian music technology with digital samples via specially manufactured steel discs, along with which Luke plays guitar, piano, melodeon and sings!
TIM EDEY, multi-instrumentalist and singer, was voted BBC Folk Musician of the Year in 2012, and has toured the world and recorded with most of the major names in Celtic/Contemporary roots music, including The Chieftans, Dougie Maclean, Julie Fowlis, Michael McGoldrick, to name but a few.
