Parklands Boutique Hotel with Dining has always been renowned for its fantastic food and this summer they've stepped up once again with the appointment of a new Head Chef, Stuart Black, and the launch of a fantastic new tasting menu concept at their two rosette restaurant, 63@Parklands.
Top quality, seasonal ingredients are transformed into a dazzling combination of ambitious dishes by Stuart and his staff who are fast building a reputation as one of Perth City's finest culinary teams.
Choose from 4, 5 or 7 courses, each one offering up a unique taste experience.
Dinner available Thursday to Sunday from 6.45pm.
This wonderful prize is the seven course tasting menu for two people, with a bottle of wine to make the evening complete.
