Stagecoach Theatre Arts Perth

Stagecoach Theatre Arts is the UK's largest network of part-time performing arts schools for children aged 4-18 yrs. The Perth branch, now in it’s 11th year, operates on a Saturday morning and is based at Perth High School.

The ‘Early Stages’ programme is for 4-6 year olds, and the ‘Main School’ for 6-16 year olds. Both classes cover the disciplines of singing, dance and drama, with Early Stages students doing so over an hour and a half, and older pupils doing so over 3 hours. Numbers in each class are limited, and all students are offered a two week trial after which they can decide whether to continue or not. Stagecoach believe in using the performing arts to develop confidence and increase self-esteem in young people, while at the same time honing their skills.

Many people go to the gym but neglect to do weight training sessions and focus just on cardio. There are multiple health benefits when you train with weights in the gym, including lowering your risk of diseases, improving your mental health and preventing back pain.

Tri and Tri Again
