Overnight Blueberry & Raspberry Chia Oats

Hi Everyone,

I've made these delicious blueberry and raspberry chia seed oats, which are a great breakfast option as they can be made the night before.

This saves loads of time in the morning and you can wake up knowing you have a healthy breakfast waiting for you and all you need to do is put on the kettle. Even the night before they are quick to make.

You can customise this recipe to suit your tastes and/or dietary requirements for example, swapping the almond milk for regular milk, or swapping out the raspberries and blueberries for your favourite fruits. Chia seeds are proven to help sustain energy and are full of important nutrients making this an good add in ingredient to this dish.  This is a great nutritious breakfast which will keep you full all morning long.
