63 Tay Street has a Makeover!

After painting, papering and the rearranging of artwork 63 Tay Street has added the finishing touches, dusted themselves down and opened the doors! It was a crazy week of refurb but we love the results and they've had some amazing feedback.

The revamped restaurant is all part of a new look 63. With a fresh approach to the menu and a more casual, bistro feel to the atmosphere they're hoping to tempt you in to dine with them even more.

Of course, the same exacting standards are met for sourcing their ingredients and mantra of Local, Honest, Simple will always be at the heart of what they do.

However, they've listened as you've fedback that you'd like to visit more often; not just the special occasions.  For that you'd like a more affordable menu, a less formal ambience and more choice so you can have something different each time you come in.

They have reached a perfect compromise: a fabulous bistro menu created using favourite ingredients, with daily specials for plenty of choice and main courses starting at £16.

Of course, they are still here for the special treat and for a true foodie experience you must try the 'Just feed us, Graeme!' tasting menu, offering five courses of Graeme's choice for only £45.

Finally, we'd like to introduce Lukas, their new manager. You'll recognise him, I'm sure, from around town and he comes with a wealth of experience and warm, happy welcome. He loves his wine, of course, but he's also taken us on a drinks masterclass and 63 are delighted to be offering some exciting options for those of you who enjoy a classic cocktail or something a little different.

We hope you visit very soon - Graeme would love your feedback and as always, appreciate your custom.
