As a Night Porter, you will be warm and welcoming, provide the guest with an efficient and courteous welcome and departure service, while ensuring the department operates in an organised manner.
As a Night Luggage Porter, we would expect the following:
-Previous Porter/Night Porter experience in a busy Hotel, four stars minimum, luxury hotel with large conference facilities desirable,
-A full and clean driving license
-Good knowledge of the local area
-Willingness to provide great customer service and be a good team player
