This amazing partnership offers the very best of local produce from Scotland’s natural larder, tantalising your tastebuds with the very best in local produce.  These amazing ingredients are skilfully combined to make mouthwatering dishes for a most memorable taste of Perthshire.

Wilde Thyme ScallopsThe launch of the new venture has been led by Wilde Thyme’s chef patron Andrew Hamer; working closely with the team at The Famous Grouse Experience the café and restaurant now offers a world-class culinary experience to match the award winning visitor attraction.

Hand dived roasted Orkney scallop with shellfish broth and caramelised fennel samphire and saffron

Goose liver and duck parfait, celeriac and apple salad, brioche bun and a Cumberland sauce

Salad of smoked Jerusalem artichokes with crispy goat’s cheese, bloody Mary sorbet and pickled vegetables

Honey glazed Greshingham duck with foie gras bon bon, citrus and thyme dauphinoise, Normandy cabbage and sauce poivre vert

Pan roasted brill with Uist crab beignet, lemon grass butter sauce, saffron poached potatoes and basil leaves

Pumpkin raviolis with heritage tomato parmesan and olive oil with toasted hazelnuts and roasted wilted roquette

Valrhona chocolate soufflé with caramel popcorn and tonka bean ice cream

Passion fruit delice, citrus fruits, pina colada ice cream, pineapple crisp and passion fruit jellies

Selection of Scottish artisan cheese with quince and oat cakes

Fair trade coffee and Clipper tea
