>The event will take place on
Tuesday 26th June 2018 from
2pm until 4pm at McDiarmid Park (Centenary Suite), Perth.
>Tea and delicious cakes will be provided and everyone has the chance to request a classic song that will be added to the playlist for the afternoon. Transport can be arranged if needed and attendance is free!
>PKAVS Carers Hub is supporting carers in Perth & Kinross through offering information, support, advice, community events and training.
>Saints in the Community is continuing their work with people who live with dementia, or who experience isolation for any reason.
