Two life-weary 30 something women in middle America escape their oppressed lives for a weekend, but find themselves on the run after a nasty episode in the car park of a road side bar.
Ridley Scott's classic road movie of self-discovery featuring Geena Davis and Susan Sarandon is screened as part of 16 days activism for gender based violence event in conjunction with Perth & Kinross Violence against Women Partnership.
