Pregnancy Massage
An individually tailored massage for expectant mothers, in a relaxing environment. Whether it’s pain in the lower back, achey muscles or general tension, Rebecca will be able to target areas of discomfort. Safe massage techniques are used, incorporating lymph drainage into the massage to help with fluid retention, especially in the hands and feet. This massage is suitable from the second trimester in pregnancy, after birth or surgery.
Pregnancy Facials & Beauty Treatments
Pregnancy-Safe facials, as well as a wide variety of all beauty services, to pamper expecting mothers are available.

The in-house Physiotherapist, Colette, specialises in pregnancy-related musculoskeletal problems. Physiotherapy treatment can help, or indeed cure, problems including:
Antenatal
- Pain including back, neck, rib and pelvic girdle pain (sacroiliac or symphysis pubis /SPD).
- Nerve problems such as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (pain, pins and needles or numbness in the hands).
- Physical preparation for labour (positions for labour, breathing techniques, relaxation, TENS).
- Pregnancy associated incontinence.
Postnatal
- Pain post-pregnancy, including back, neck and pelvic pain
- Post-natal abdominal retraining for rectus divarification (separation of abdominal muscles) and following a C-Section delivery.
- Pelvic Floor Re-education – for incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain or following perineal trauma during delivery.
Baby Scan 2D & 4D
The Baby Scan Company at Tay Medispa offers a range of both 2D and 4D scans for all stages of pregnancy. They offer longer appointment times in luxurious surroundings, where you and your baby are the sole focus. You will have an unrivalled experience from start to finish, providing you with insight and knowledge of your baby and his/her activity in the womb, whilst enhancing your pregnancy and your bond with baby.
Prenatal Non-Invasive Genetic Testing
Tay Medispa are proud to be the sole providers of the Panorama test in Scotland. Panorama is a non-invasive prenatal test (NIPT); a simple blood test to screen for genetic abnormalities such as Down's syndrome, Edward's syndrome and Patau's Syndrome.
