Spiced Hot Chocolate with Gin

This is a festive hug in a mug! A spicy, warming hot chocolate topped with marshmallows and - as if it couldn't get any better - the final touch is a dash of Daffy's Gin, heaven! If you're not a gin lover you can add anything else you like. A dash of Bailey's is always a firm favourite. - obviously omit the alcohol for the kids!

With only two simple steps you can make this deluxe spicy hot chocolate to enjoy during the holidays with friends and family in under 10 minutes.  You can pick up a variety of cocoa powders in Provender Brown or the Highland Health Store.

  • 50ml Daffy's Gin
  • 130ml Milk
  • A heaped tablespoon of spiced hot chocolate


    1. Heat the milk and hot chocolate in a pan, stirring until hot.

    2. Add the gin and serve with mini marshmallows.
