Rugby Nippers is Perthshire’s exciting rugby programme for girls and boys from 2 to 5 years old.
Rugby Nippers teaches young children the very first skills of rugby in a fun, safe environment.
They use the fundamental ABCs of physical activity – Agility, Balance and Coordination – whilst developing social skills such as listening, teamwork, and following instructions. Coaches are fully qualified, first aid trained, and experienced, and each class is designed to help your child learn to work as a team, make new friends and develop new skills throughout the course.
Starting at 2 years of age helps your child get a head start in the sport, crucial for establishing an ongoing enjoyment of the game or even a career in the sport!

“You always want the best birthday party for your child and Rugby Nippers provided just that. James was fantastic with 22 six year olds and kept them happy and entertained for nearly two hours! Both boys and girls loved every minute and we can’t thank him enough for all his help and enthusiasm on the day.” -Sophie Birkbeck
"An absolutely brilliant class made even more enjoyable by the enthusiasm of its coaches. Helps develop coordination, balance and teamwork. David thoroughly enjoys it each week. Well done everyone!!!!!!" -Heather Kennedy
