Rocablu Strawberry and Kiwi Mojito

Hi Everyone,

Summer has arrived and in my opinion there's nothing better than sitting outside soaking up the sun and sipping on a cool refreshing cocktail..or four! This delicious Strawberry and Kiwi Mojito recipe from Rocablu bar is the perfect refreshment, with layers of tangy kiwi and sweet strawberry slush, laced with a good lashing of Rum- it's perfect!

Whizz up this slushy, summery concoction and impress all your friends and family. It's the perfect addition to a garden party, BBQ or just to slurp whilst binge watching a series on Netflix on Friday night to toast the weekend!

Serves: 1


  • 5 Strawberries
  • Sprig of mint leaves
  • A few dashes of fresh lime juice
  • 50ml Bacardi white rum
  • 25ml grenadine
  • 2 Fresh Kiwi fruit
  • 25ml Sugar syrup
  • 10 Ice Cubes


    1. Into a blender, place 4 strawberries, mint leaves and lime juice 
    2. Add 25ml of Bacardi white Rum and 25ml of Grenadine and 5 big ice cubes, blend for 30 seconds and pour into a glass.
    3. Rinse out the blender then add 1 Kiwi, lime juice, 25ml of sugar syrup, 25ml of Bacardi along with 5 big ice cubes. 
    4. Blend again for another 30 seconds then pour on top of the strawberry blend.
    5. Garnish with the spare kiwi fruit, mint and strawberry, enjoy!
