With hits like Passionate Kisses, He Thinks He'll Keep Her, Down At The Twist And Shout, I Take My Chances and Shut Up And Kiss Me, Carpenter has won five Grammy Awards (with 15 nominations), two CMA awards and two Academy of Country Music awards.
