Which area of your life would you like to improve in 2018? How will you figure out what you want? What is holding you back? How can you gain the confidence to move forward?

These are just some of the questions that you will explore at Find my Mojo. Find my Mojo was set up by Lee McKay Doe after she left a career in business and retrained in counselling. Combining fifteen years of project management
with counselling skills, she now offers a special kind of life coaching called Mojo Therapy.

Coaching is all about becoming the best version of you; it’s future-orientated. Sometimes our mindset and our past experiences can hold us back. In a Mojo session you’ll find a safe place, free from judgement, pressure and the opinions of others. It’s a place to be really honest with yourself, so that you can feel like you again.

Using her supportive, down to earth manner, Lee will help you to figure out what you want from life. You'll explore what is really important to you and create tangible goals to get you there. In short, you'll get your Mojo back!

Testimonials

"At a pretty all time low I signed up (for Mojo Therapy). For the first time in my life I was anxious, tearful and at a loss but I still had a family to look after and a business to keep afloat. Being self-employed has been such a rollercoaster for me, I have failed before but never had I felt this low about it.

Session after session has brought out my self-awareness. I decided to stop being angry (mainly because I was able to communicate it to a third party without judgement), and I was able to look at my situation objectively.

Thank you to Lee at Find my Mojo for helping me through this journey. I would recommend her to anyone going through crossroads, emotional journeys or just someone who is struggling to cope." - Elaine

"I signed up for coaching after I took some time off due to stress. I was very
frustrated with my company and I spent the whole first session venting. After
letting me rant, Lee got me to focus on myself and I was pretty surprised by what I learned. I realised I’ve taken on way too much and I’m the only one who can change it.

Lee is really insightful and when she challenges me, it really makes me think. She’s encouraged me to take control of my life again and I feel so much more positive." - Tom
