Local Perthshire chef, Graeme Pallister, has picked up many accolades in his long career but has remained true to a simple philosophy; food should be local, honest and simple. His menus at his Perth City Centre restaurant reflect this perfectly; with his imaginative approach to creating new dishes and happy, nostalgic willingness to roll out tried and tested favourites (with a twist of course!), his reputation as one of Perthshire’s best chefs remains unchallenged year after year.
The Express Menu for pre-theatre gives everyone an opportunity to try some of this fantastic food. With 2-Courses for £19.50 and 3-Courses for £24.50 you will be more than impressed at both value and experience. The menu changes seasonally to reflect the very best of what Perthshire and wider Scotland has to offer but the sample below is a great indication of quality and creativity.
