Easter Raspberry Fizz

There's a tradition in my family every Easter Sunday to get out with the kids for a brisk spring walk with our beloved pooch, Teddy.   After a hard day rolling eggs - and trying to stop Teddy eating the smashed up hard boiled egg remains - we all head back to the house, get cosy and watch a movie, bliss!

To really unwind there's nothing better than a glass of boozy bubbles and this raspberry fizz cocktail is sweet, decadent and perfect for the Easter weekend. Top up with prosecco or champagne and enjoy!

Preparation Time:
5 minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 75cl bottle champagne or prosecco
  • 4 scoops of raspberry sorbet
  • Fresh raspberries to garnish

    Method

    1. Using an ice cream scoop, add one scoop of raspberry sorbet to each glass and top up with the champagne or prosecco.
     
    2. Garnish with fresh raspberries and serve immediately.
