Bliss Yoga offers yoga and relaxation classes for children and adults in Perthshire. Classes are run by Fi Munro - author, blogger and qualified yoga instructor, with a PhD in Children's Play and Learning.

Fi's adult yoga classes are carefully designed to help you relax and unwind. Modern society is filled with stresses and strains that cause problems and discomforts within the body. Each adult yoga class starts with relaxing breathing and gentle movement and ends with an extended relaxation and meditation during which she utilises the knowledge she gained whilst studying hypnotherapy. Your body, mind and spirit will love it!

The children's classes are story-led, child-centred and fun. This ensures that the children are kept engaged through age appropriate activities that introduce them to yoga postures, breathing and meditation.

She has over a decade of experience with children, a PVG, a PhD in children's outdoor play and learning and First Aid Training. She was also on the Board of Directors for Play Scotland for 2 years.

Each children's class is designed to develop positive body awareness, teach children to use their bodies in a healthy way, help them to manage stress through breathing, meditation and movement, build concentration, attention, confidence and positive self-image, and to help children feel part of a healthy, non-competitive group while providing them with a healthy alternative to electronic play.

Fi was named Health Blogger of the Year for 2017, has a PhD in Children's Play and Learning and is the author of 'Love, Light and Mermaid Tails' (buy it here!). She is also a trainee crystal healing practitioner and will be fully qualified in this field from March 2018.
