ASW fitness instructors will go above and beyond to help build physical activity or exercise into your busy schedule. Finding something you enjoy, in a friendly and supportive fitness environment are the basics to a successful fitness journey.
The ASW gym offers an inclusive facility, with access to top-of-the-range fitness equipment for students, staff and all members of the public - regardless of ability or fitness level.

A wide variety of fitness classes (included in your membership)
- Group Cycling, Zumba, Yoga, Metafit, Pump it up and more!
- Fitness classes include options for all fitness levels to go lighter or harder while being motivated by instructors to do your very best.
Free health testing in January

- Opportunity to ask nutritional and fitness advice
Choice of 4 FREE programmes when you join!
- Strength, Cardio, Core or High Intensity Interval Training (or all 4!)
Personal Training (for those that need that 1-1 push!)
- Specific 1-1 sessions strategically designed to accomplish your goals FAST
Ladies Strength and Conditioning (£30 for 4x 1 hour sessions)
- Learn how to lift safely, understand benefits, gain confidence.
- Take away your programme in 4 weeks and use the equipment with confidence in your own time.
