Graeme Pallister's Aga Demo!

In the second of our #SmallCityRecipes Aga Cook Off series, Graeme Pallister of 63 Tay Street shows how this iconic British kitchen essential can be used to create his amazing, mouthwatering Scottish food.

Graeme is well-known in Perth for his use of fresh, local ingredients and his mantra of Local, Honest, Simple has served him well for years. In this two hour long special event he cooks up a selection of dishes and explains how you can create them at home on your own Aga. 

• Thai butternut squash soup
• Pot-roast wood pigeon with early Autumn vegetables and wheat grain
• Baked rice pudding with fig and caramelised apples 

This is a fantastic event for anyone thinking of buying an Aga or anyone looking to better use the one they already have! 

Tickets are priced at £25, with the full amount going straight to our chosen charity of 2015, PKAVS.  

We'll also be hosting a raffle for the charity and Aga will be offering discounts on the utensils and cookware used by Graeme in his demo.
