Incredibly talented Bristol-born soul singer Yola Carter was raised on a diet of gospel music. Greatly in-demand both in the Uk and abroad Yola's powerful voice, stage presence and songwriting flair saw her chosen represent the UK at the prestigious Americana Music Association showcase in Nashville, Usa.
As a result she created a huge music industry buzz and ended the year with a string of accolades that any recording artist would kill for. In February this year she won UK Artist of the year at the Americana Music Association UK Awards.
Yola is presently recording her eagerly awaited debut album and has a busy summer schedule ahead of her with dates across the UK, Europe and North America.
