63 Tay Street is one of Perth city’s longest-standing restaurants and for the past 12 years it has flourished under the passionate ownership of chef-patron, Graeme Pallister. With two AA rosettes and a continued presence in the Michelin Good Food Guide and listed on the AA Notable Wine List, the restaurant, guided by Graeme’s mantra of Local, Honest, Simple, is a leading force in Scottish food.
In 2016 Graeme made the decision to refurbish the restaurant and overhaul the menu, introducing a bistro-style environment. Remaining committed to creative cooking using seasonal, local produce, while offering a more relaxed atmosphere.
This has opened 63 up to a more casual crowd, and placed it firmly on the map for mid-week lunch, pre-theatre and dinner.
