We have a vacancy for a passionate, enthusiastic and organised individual to join our leading branch in Perth.
This is an exciting and varied role which presents an excellent opportunity to promote Clyde’s unique approach to agency and our Sunday Times award winning service.
Working as part of our property sales and letting team, it will be absolutely crucial that you have fantastic people skills and are pro-active in your approach. Competent IT skills are also a must and previous experience in sales or a similar setting would be advantageous but is not essential.
We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, well presented, personable and pro-active team member.
The role will be primarily face to face and customer focused carrying out property viewings at sales and rentals properties as well as preparing inventories and end of tenancy check out inspections at our let and managed rental properties.
A Full UK driving licence is essential.
Core hours (34 per week) are as follows;
Sunday 10am - 4pm
Monday 9am - 5pm
Tuesday 9am - 5pm
Wednesday 9am - 5pm
Thursday 11am - 7pm
Annual Salary: £16,000
Flexibility will be required for holiday cover and office opening hours.
