We are looking to recruit people to join our small team supporting two young men who need a little bit of extra help, guidance and support because they are affected by autism.
The nature of this support varies and can involve help with personal tasks, encouraging new skills, taking part in planned and informal activities and seeking new opportunities in community settings.
Although not an exhaustive list, below are some of the personal attributes that would fit in well with our existing team;
In addition to the above some knowledge of autism would be an advantage also you should be confident and mature as there will be times when you are working on your own. Being able to drive would also be desirable but not essential.
Training both in respect of personal development and team development will be available.
