Clyde have a vacancy for an enthusiastic individual to join our leading Perth team.
This is an exciting and varied role which presents an excellent opportunity to promote Clyde’s unique approach and award winning service.
Working as part of their administration pool and wider Perth office team, it will be absolutely crucial that you are adaptable in your approach and willing to assist in ad hoc tasks. Competent IT skills are also a must and previous experience in a similar setting would be advantageous but is not essential.
Clyde are ideally seeking an excellent communicator who is highly organised, well-presented, personable and flexible. The administrator is primarily responsible for the production of marketing material, creation of floor plans, updating our system / website and providing administrative support for our Perth office.
The successful candidate will be required to work full time hours (36 hours per week) and on a rota basis to cover office opening hours each week, including a weekend rota. Core hours are as follows;
Monday 9am – 5pm
Tuesday 9am – 5pm
Wednesday 9am – 5pm
Thursday 9am – 5pm
Friday 8am - 5pm
Annual Salary: £18,000
