Do you have what it takes?

Exceptional customer service is at the heart of our business, so your friendly, welcoming personality is a given.  Your enthusiasm and passion for hospitality, along with your genuine smile and desire to get it right for the customer, will impress us.  You’ll also need to show us you’re team focussed.  It’s great if you’ve got previous hospitality or customer service experience, but your attitude’s what will really count.

Informal, busy and fun are words we’d use to describe our 150 seat Brasserie Restaurant. With freshly cooked produce, a daily specials menu and an extensive cocktail list, you’ll be part of a great team. The restaurant’s open from 10:30am until 9:45pm, and the Brasserie Bar’s the late bar for hotel residents. We promise you a fast paced and dynamic management experience, similar to a busy branded high street restaurant.

Big on pizzas, pasta and great value, Piccolo Brasserie is a bustling slice of Italy, right here in Crieff Hydro. The open plan kitchen is built around Big Nonna – the not-so-little secret behind our perfectly stonebaked pizzas.
