Balans Pilates

Balans Pilates is Scotland's largest Pilates studio with three separate studios, including a fully equipped Pilates Apparatus Studio. Run by husband and wife team, Joakim and Louise Valsinger, Balans Pilates offers something for everyone, whether you're a complete beginner or seasoned pro.
 
Joakim was the world's first male BarreConcept instructor and Balans Pilates was Scotland's first BarreConcept Studio. In 2014 he was awarded the 'Spirit of Flame' Award in light of his continual commitment to getting the local community active. The award was presented by UK Active.
 
A treatment room is also based with Balans Pilates offering Physiotherapy, Kinetic Chain Release and Massage, making Balans Pilates a one-stop shop for all your wellbeing needs.
 
Classes include: mixed ability, beginner and intermediate Pilates, Ante-natal, baby massage, apparatus Pilates and BarreConcept.
