AK Bell Library

AK Bell like all Perth & Kinross libraries is free to join, easy to access and very family friendly. Come along and enjoy lots of new resources, comfortable social spaces and great computer provision including free Wifi.  Our welcoming staff are here to help you get the most from your library. We can help you start a book group, offer family history research expertise, you can access a great range of trusted online resources such as Theory Test Pro for anyone taking driving lessons.  If you can’t get to the library we have a Books on Wheels delivery service.  For young children, our Bookbug Rhymetime sessions are very popular. There are always lots of events happening from author visits to film nights, IT taster sessions and  more.  There is something for everyone at your library.

Classes that help babies use gestures to communicate, especially helpful in reducing that oh-so-familiar build-up of frustration from not being understood by mum and dad!

Benefits of Weight Training

Many people go to the gym but neglect to do weight training sessions and focus just on cardio. There are multiple health benefits when you train with weights in the gym, including lowering your risk of diseases, improving your mental health and preventing back pain.
