Tea and Tales

Every day in May, The Black Watch Castle and Musuem will be doing storytelling tours followed with a delicious cream tea in the Castle Cafe! 

They will take you on a journey through the galleries to discover a collection of fascinating stories from the colourful history of The Black Watch.

Storytelling Tour starts at 1.00pm, concluding at 1.45pm

Cream Tea served at 1.50pm

Scotland's Black Watch is an elite military regiment whose history stretches back almost three centuries. The Museum is housed in the dramatic and historic Balhousie Castle. The castle itself is set in beautiful gardens and grounds. A visit to this ancestral home of The Black Watch truly brings this glorious regiment's past vibrantly to life.

This is very much a family friendly museum where they run a whole host of entertaining and educational events; definitely a great venue for a family day out in Perth.
