The IYBF is designed to provide a long-term communication platform to annually bring together young people and music lovers from across the world, regardless of nationality, language, race, and sex, to celebrate their shared heritage, to showcase their enthusiasm and skills, and to extend the shared belief in the power of youth and music to the whole world.
