Dr Maggie Robertson is holding an event called ‘Death and the elephant in the room’.

As part of Scotland’s 2018 Good Death Week Dr Maggie Robertson is holding an event called ‘Death and the elephant in the room’.

Over supper people will be invited to ask themselves a number of questions about death and dying including for example, ‘What would a good death be for me?’ The purpose is to help people be more open about death, dying and bereavement so that people can feel better equipped to support each other through difficult times.

Information on various aspects of death and bereavement will be available.  It’s not all doom and gloom though. Humour is a vital ingredient so why don’t you come along with a friend and meet the elephant?

Date: Friday 18th May at 6-8pm

Venue: St Matthews Church, Tay Street, Perth

This event is completely FREE but for catering purposes please call to book
