Fonab's 3-night Christmas Break is the perfect way to celebrate this special time of year. Their piper will be there to welcome you to Fonab on the 24th with a welcome glass of mulled wine and homemade mince pies. Then the champagne reception sets the mood followed by a fantastic 3-course dinner in the Brasserie.
Enjoy a hearty full Scottish breakfast in the Brasserie followed by a stroll through Faskally Wood or relax and enjoy the views from the Lounge. The Christmas Day Lunch will be served in the Brasserie from 12.30pm. If you’ve still got some room, the festive buffet will be available in the evening.
On the 26th, start the day with a hearty full Scottish breakfast and then you can meet some feathered friends on the lawns with the falconry display. Your chance to meet the hawks, falcon, owl and eagle with their interactive demonstration.

On December 25th, the Brasserie and Sandeman’s are offering a lunch with everything taken care of. They are even expecting Santa to drop in! The party kicks off with a very warm welcome by their piper and after check-in head to the Lounge for a festive afternoon tea on the 30th.
Dinner is a relaxing 4-course meal in the Brasserie. Start the day on the 31st with a hearty full Scottish breakfast. Relax and take a dip in the pool or enjoy a stroll into Pitlochry with a walk over the dam. A light lunch will be served in the Brasserie.
The celebrations start with a champagne reception in the Castle Suite followed by a 5-course menu in the Fonab Suite and ceilidh entertainment. Their piper will bring in ‘The Bells’ at midnight with a glass of bubbles to celebrate the start of 2017 and tuck into some delicious late night stovies.
Enjoy a long lie after the celebrations with a sumptuous brunch in the Brasserie on the 1st. Take a stroll over the dam into Pitlochry and join in on the street party with pipe bands, ceilidh bands, dancing and entertainment. Head back to the hotel to sample some of the fantastic selections of spirits at the Gin and Whisky tasting. Dinner will be a 3-course menu in the Brasserie.
