Boating on the Tay!

The boat trips themselves may have sold out, but there is still lots of great things to do and fun to be had for all the family!

There will be beach activities from 12noon until 7pm on Tay Street, from Canal Street right down to Marshall Place! Visit the outdoor beach for a real flavour of the seaside and celebrate the launch of a summer of boating trips on the River Tay. There will be face painters, buckets, spades and deckchairs, a surf machine, inflatable volleyball, table tennis, live music, a seaside bar, fish and chips, ice cream and much, much more!

To celebrate the launch of the trips the Willowgate Activity Centre is having a free open day!

Make sure you head along and have fun and try the free taster sessions anytime from 10am to 7pm: Sit-on-kayaking and canoeing, raft building, stand up paddle boarding, aqua zorbing, archery and bush craft. There will be competitions and there is hot food available too! All safety equipment is provided by the fully qualified instructors and showers and changing rooms are available too.
