Winter Activities Programme at Willowgate Centre

Willowgate Activity Centre including the Willowgate riverside café is one of Perthshire’s premier outdoor centres and is the ideal place for family-friendly fun this winter.

Willowgate is situated in a unique location, being adjacent to the iconic river Tay and set in 20 acres very close to Perth City.

Whether it’s in the water or on dry land, there’s an activity to suit everyone and you get some great views of the river Tay and Kinnoull Hill. Our fun and safe activities include kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, aqua zorbing, archery, bush craft, bike hire and environmental learning activities.  The Willowgate centres classrooms and meeting room  also provide a relaxing environment to enjoy team building challenges and games.

Willowgate specialities are family days, birthday parties, stag and hen events, puppies go paddling, highland games and much more. As well as individuals or small groups Willowgate also welcome larger group bookings.

Take the opportunity to come along during the winter months and also book early for  the very popular Easter and Summer holiday activity weeks. Guided kayak river trips from Willowgate into Perth City or down river to Newburgh are also in demand. You can also find out more about our river Tay boat trips that will be operating from May to October 2019.
