Scotland All-Strong is Perth’s not-for-profit fitness and wellbeing studio. Based on Scott Street, the social enterprise provides and promotes physical activity, mindful relaxation and peer support for mental health benefits and overall wellness, as well as offering a range of family-friendly options.

Their referrals course for mental health - Fitness to Feel Better – launches early 2020! Scotland All-Strong are currently working with Perth Autism Support, delivering their Young Adult Fitness Project in an ongoing partnership, and with Support in Mind with an 8-week progressive programme for unpaid carers.

Scotland All-Strong have recently been awarded a grant from Perth and Kinross Council’s Community Investment Fund to provide programmes to unpaid carers in partnership with PKAVS, for groups of unpaid carers supported by their hub, and these will commence mid-January. Carers will greatly benefit from the holistic approach of progressive workout, soothing stretch, guided relaxations and peer support in our comfortable social zone.

Scotland All-Strong are currently raising funds and sponsorship to provide programmes in 2020 for users of local groups MindSpace, Perthshire Women’s Aid, Tayside Maternal Mental Health and Tayside Council on Alcohol. They welcome individual participation, donations as well as sponsorship from businesses interested in providing direct and impactful benefits to their local community.

Run by husband and wife team, Andy and Jess, Scotland All-Strong is a friendly and inviting environment in which to get a great workout and the benefits of physical fitness, strength training and guided relaxation. Recent additions to their team include Sophie, who brings a fantastic passion for wellbeing to her yoga classes and will be involved in the delivery of upcoming Fitness to Feel Better programmes, and Lynsey, who is our friendly additional play supervisor for Parent’s Fitness & Open Gym.

Situated in Drummond House on Scott Street, their private studio is an ideal choice for those anxious or apprehensive about training in a traditional gym.

They offer a range of unique classes, including Strong Start, Stress Smashers, Progressive Pilates, Yoga (adult and toddler), and many more. January 2020 will also see the launch of peer support groups in the form of SMART Recovery, SMART Family & Friends and the OCD Peer Exchange.

These classes are an ideal choice for getting started or back into fitness training.

In addition to this, as parents of a toddler, they offer family-friendly options with Toddler Yoga, Parent’s Fitness and Parent’s Open Gym, with new classes coming soon. With no contracts or joining fees, their small group classes or fully-private personal training are ideal options for getting started, building confidence, knowledge and ability, and feel great! These classes are an ideal choice for getting started or back into fitness training, or to supplement other activities such as running or cycling.

You can book a single class or save with blocks of five or ten, or enjoy further savings with a one month individual or family class pass.

The studio is well-equipped with a wide range of highly effective,  fun and functional equipment, with resistance options and alternatives available for all exercises. Participants are encouraged to push themselves at their own pace, and enjoy the journey of improving fitness, strength and mental wellbeing.

If you are interested in effective training in a welcoming environment, but are not sure where to start, Andy and Jess invite you to arrange a time to visit the studio to discuss your specific requirements and training options.
