Every Day, Every Way Fun!

Get ready to pull a few double takes while you're out and about in Perth in the next few weeks. Live Active Leisure has just launched their "Every Day, Every Way" campaign and it's a wonderfully fun, super silly array of local Perth people in everyday situations... with a wee nod toward sports and fitness.

Well, we say a wee nod. Some are subtle, and then there's Tanya shopping in Provender Brown in her swimming costume! The accidental star of the show was a very gorgeous tan bulldog called Stella; although Erin Smith holding a penguin's hand while crossing the road in ice-skates ran an extremely close second. No.. she was first. Mmm - it could be a cuteness tie!

And becasue you're going to read all about the new Live Active Leisure brand, website and amazing competition (WIN a one year membership!) we thought we'd give a shout out to the stars of this campaign - the big Perth personalities who were game for getting their game on!

The campaign is the launchpad for the new Live Active Leisure brand and website.   This week they revealed a new corporate brand, seven sub brands and a fully updated website that will, they say, make it easier for local Perthshire people to interact with their venues and services.

The new brand incorporates eight key areas that Live Active Leisure deliver on for Perth and Kinross residents; Wellbeing, Active Steps for pre-school, Active Fun for primary school kids, Active Energy for teenagers, Fitness, Sport and Plus, their additional offers such as cafes, meeting rooms and conference facilities.

It has come after ten years of significant growth during which Live Active Leisure has extended its venues to include Dewars Centre and the fitness and sport aspects of the new style Community Campuses throughout Perth and Kinross.  Their services have also evolved and they now work closely with partners such as NHS Tayside, Stride for Life, Tayside and Fife Institute of Sport and Paths for All as well as their continued close partnership with Perth and Kinross Council.

Karen Taylor, Marketing Manager for Live Active Leisure led the rebrand and website development project and commented, “Our venues and services have grown substantially over the past few years and the website was proving to be slower and more difficult to navigate each time we added new information. In the current age of digital technology the vast majority of our customers choose to communicate with us online and so, this was a frustration that we felt was important to remove. We are delighted with the results and feedback so far has proved to be very positive.”

It was determined that in order to achieve best possible value from a website rebuild, the rebrand would be carried out in tandem. The aim was to produce clear sub brands that would allow customers to pinpoint exactly where their specific needs lay thus allowing them to access the best information quickly and easily.

Jim Moyes, Live Active Leisure CEO said, “Live Active Leisure is a dynamic, forward thinking brand and it is important that we keep abreast of our customers’ expectations, exceeding them wherever possible. The team has worked incredibly hard to deliver exactly this and I am confident that we have produced a site that will allow the people of Perth & Kinross better access to quality sports and fitness information.”
